Keystone State Games is Pennsylvania's largest amateur athletic festival. Events are held across Pennsylvania and attract over 10,000 athletes in 42 different sports annually.

The 26th Annual Pennsylvania Skating Championships were held February 1-3, 2013 in York, PA at the York Ice Arena. The  competition was open to all eligible male and female skaters in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Ohio, and West Virginia (or any eligible skater from a state that does not have figure skating as part of their State Games). Competition is Olympic-style with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, and 4th-6th place ribbons awarded in each event. This is a qualifying event for the 2013 State Games of America.
